Privacy Policy
We process the messages, photos and voice notes shared in the WhatsApp group(s) you connect, solely to generate your daily reports and answer your questions about your projects.
- What we collect: connected group content (text, photos, voice notes), your account details, and usage data.
- How we use it: to produce, store and let you review your reports — nothing else. We do not sell data.
- Access: each account sees only its own authorised projects. We do not browse your data.
- Retention: raw chat is auto-deleted on a configurable schedule; generated reports are kept until project end or as you choose.
- Security: encryption in transit and at rest; tenant data isolated.
Terms of Service
- SiteProof provides automated daily-report generation from connected WhatsApp groups. You are responsible for reviewing and approving each report before it is shared.
- You confirm you are authorised to connect the group(s) and process their content.
- Subscriptions are billed per project/month; a free pilot is offered before payment.
- The service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase; generated reports are drafts until approved by your site-in-charge.
- You may export your data and cancel at any time.
Data Processing Addendum
- SiteProof acts as a data processor on your behalf; you are the data controller for your project content.
- We process content only on your documented instructions, for the purpose of generating your reports.
- Sub-processors (e.g. messaging API and cloud hosting providers) are bound by equivalent obligations.
- On request we assist with data subject requests, deletion, and export.
- Data residency options (in-region / in-Kingdom) are available for enterprise customers.
